* The purpose of the LE Concert Band Invitational is provide bands in the DFW Metroplex and beyond with an opportunity to perform for reputable adjudicators and receive valuable insights that will help them better prepare for UIL or future performances. Each band attending will receive a 45 minute block for their performance/clinic.

Times: Bands will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Special accommodations will be made when possible. Each band will receive a 45 minute block of time. After the stage performance, one of the four clinicians will work with the band for the remainder of the blocked time.
Location: Little Elm High School Auditorium
Adjudicators: Phil Alvarado / Bill Brent / Harry D. Blake / James Hannah
*Each adjudicator will make audio comments and written comments (UIL Sheets) for each band. The audio comments will be stored on a USB jump drive for future listening.
Recordings: Each band will also receive a recording of their stage performance.
Seating Charts: Each band should provide a seating chart before arrival to the contest. This information will be requested the week before the contest. Please be advised that LEISD does not have risers. Bands should plan to bring their own risers for festival use, if desired.
Restrooms: Restrooms will be available at any time for students and directors.
Warm-Up: Each band will receive a 30 minute warm-up time in the LEHS Band Room. This facility is BRAND NEW for 2018. The room will be furnished with a Harmony Director and Peterson Strobe Tuner for each band’s use.
Percussion Equipment: Larger percussion equipment will be provided by Little Elm ISD upon request. Please be sure this information is included with your seating chart. A piano and/or synthesizer will also be readily available. It is always recommended that smaller percussion items and accessories by brought by each band.
